The first vinification at Domaine des Schistes dates back to 1989, and now the vineyard covers 55 Ha.As its name suggests, the estate is planted mainly on schistose marls. The land lies on the last terraces raised by the emergence of the Corbières limestone massif, and is mainly on slopes. The Domaine des Schistes has chosen to respect and express its terroir by turning to organic farming. The wines are good value for money, both reds and whites. Very refined, elegant and airy, this white will go very well with seafood, fish and goat's cheese platters... Very elegant, with good volume in this 2023 vintage, this is a superb wine.
