Domaine Gouffier - Mercurey - Buissières 2022

Rozeta is a superb Corbières from domaine Maxime Magnon. This fruit-filled organic wine knows how to be greedy and complex: it develops on notes of red fruit, garrigue and thyme. We appreciate the balance of this cuvée, which remains soft and digestible.

The Cuvée Baudron from Domaine Gouffier is a pretty, juicy, crisp pinot noir with notes of red fruits. A fine introduction to the estate's wines.

The Mercurey La Charmée du domaine Gouffier has a deep color and develops red and black fruit notes on the nose. The palate reveals itself to be ample and generous, endowed with fine, silky tannins.

The Madeleine cuvée from domaine Gouffier is a tribute to Mme Gouffier, who ran the domaine for 50 years. This yellow-gold Burgundy, with its nose of exotic fruits, reveals a lot of greed. A wine cut from the fruit.

Fine, elegant, light yellow color reminiscent of lily of the valley and juicy pear. Complex, rich and balanced, it finishes on a saline note.
