Domaine Gouffier is a Côte Chalonnaise nugget. The domaine, which will be converting to organic farming in 2019, produces elegant, well-crafted wines offering excellent value for money. Gouffier is a team of 4 to 40 people, depending on the season, who work to produce gourmet, juicy, fine gourmet wines. The conversion to organic farming in 2019 is the fruit of meticulous work undertaken 7 years ago in the vineyard: it leaves nothing to chance. This approach marks our deep commitment to respecting terroirs, enhancing their diversity and producing grapes of excellent quality.
