The cuvée domaine du Domaine Julien Auroux develops red fruit aromas on the nose . On the palate,this organic Bergerac reveals itself to be both round and fresh and of great greediness with supple tannins.The aromas reveal themselves on red fruits. Beautiful overall freshness RVF : 90/100 Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist manner.
