Beautiful overall freshness RVF : 90/100 Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist manner.

The domaine de la Montagnette is a superb cuvée from Vignerons d'estezargues produced from grenache. This natural wine is supple, gourmand and full of fruit. It develops notes of black fruits and prunes. Superb with a lamb tajine, for example.

The cuvée Lune Blanc du Conte des Floris is a great gastronomic white: it develops on notes of toasted sesame, apricot, candied lemon. The palate is very gourmand, harmonious, deep, stretched by noble bitters. Exceptional length!

What a success this Diaclase du Domaine des Capréoles cuvée is! Produced from the oldest plots and aged in oak barrels, this cuvée offers great aromatic complexity carried by a firm, yet very silky structure. Full-bodied and long on the palate, with a lovely freshness. This is a great Régnié that can be enjoyed immediately on the fruit, but which will reveal many other facets over the course of its 15 years of ageing.
