Domaine Giacometti - Patrimonio - Rosé 2024

Magnificent Menetou-Salon blanc 2023 from domaine Philippe Gilbert, both gourmand and chiseled in this elegant, straightforward vintage. Superb, beautifully mature Sauvignon. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.

The cuvée les Thorains is a lovely white Burgundy from the Domaine de Verpaille: its nose develops notes of fresh fruit. The palate is balanced, floral and vanilla, with a lovely roundness.

La Métairie du Clos Marie is aromatic with notes of wild strawberry, blackcurrant and blackberry. The palate is full-bodied and dense, with a fine velvety texture and silky tannins. The finish is long and well-balanced.

Le Clos de Mosny du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is a magnfique cuvée of organic Montlouis, made from a south-facing plot of old vines. Chenin is at its best here, producing a fruity, mineral wine that gains in complexity with age. Clos de Mosny is an exceptional Montlouis with great cellaring potential. 2023 is characterized by a magnificent energy that will carry the wine for many years to come!
