The Domaine Giacometti is a winery located in Casta, Corsica. It was founded in 1987 by Laurent Giacometti and his son Christian. The estate is located in the heart of the Agriates Desert, a mountainous and arid region of Corsica. The soils are clay-granitic, and the region enjoys plenty of sunshine. Domaine Giacometti produces red, white and rosé wines.

Gorgeous Beaume de Venise from Domaine d'Ouréa, both fresh and fruity, with lovely aromatic intensity, without falling into heaviness. Superb for this first vintage in this color!

This Vouvray Tendre du domaine Vincent Careme has much less sugar than a classic moelleux. Its balance makes it ideal for foie gras, but also exotic dishes such as tagine or coconut chicken. The color is golden yellow; the nose develops exotic fruits and quince paste; on the palate, the wine has good length and great balance.RVF : 16/20
