The cuvée Le Clos d'Helène Bleuzen is made from Grenache and Syrah. This natural organic Ventoux wine is balanced, fruity and spicy: we appreciate its velvety texture and great freshness, the hallmark of the estate. This bottle is ready to drink now, but can improve over 5-7 years.

The cuvée Anais from Domaine Hélène Bleuzen is a magnificent Syrah. This red Ventoux is a supple, fruity wine that develops notes of spices and violets. A good hour's decanting is recommended for this natural wine
