The domaine Vincent Gaudry is located at the foot of the Sancerre hill in SURY EN VAUX, a small winegrowing village just 3Kms from Sancerre.The Domaine has been in the family for generations. Since 1993 Vincent GAUDRY has introduced organic and bio-dynamic methods in successive stages.The estate is controlled and certified by ECOCERT for Organic Agriculture and under the DEMETER brand for Bio-dynamic Agriculture.The Sancerre produced by Vincent Gaudry are among the finest and most elegant in the appellation. In a superb sunny vintage, the cuvée domaine rouge du Domaine Combier is yet another fine success. The wine is powerful, racy, spicy, with notes of black fruit and pepper. Soft but voluminous on the palate. A great organic wine to accompany dishes in sauce or red meats, for example.
