The terroir enhances the blend, and the tangerine, white pepper and limestone minerality are very persistent and harmonious.

The 1er cru Côte de Lechet du domaine Pommier is a straightforward, typical Chablis with a very assertive minerality. This great organic Burgundy develops notes of citrus, granite and flint. Made from vines over 60 years old, this great wine is complex. A precise gastronomic wine with bewitching salinity.
