Terre d "émotion Brut Vérité des Champagne Charpentier boasts a brilliant yellow-gold color, illuminated by green-gold highlights. Initially brioche-scented with hawthorn and violets, the nose is very fine and gourmand. The terroir enhances the blend, and the tangerine, white pepper and limestone minerality are very persistent and harmonious.

L'abeille de Fieuzal rouge is a superb Pessac-Leognan red, fruity and full of energy. This is Chateau Fieuzal's second wine, which requires more time to taste. A great success for Chateau Fieuzal in this balanced 2019 vintage.

This magnificent organic Saint-Emilion grand cru from Château Leydet-Valentin has a generous nose of small black berries, cherries and plums. The palate is supple and greedy, with fine, well-integrated tannins. The ageing is mastered, leaving the wine's fruitiness to the fore. A superb discovery, this Saint-Emilion-Grand-Cru!

The 1er cru Côte de Lechet du domaine Pommier is a straightforward, typical Chablis with a very assertive minerality. This great organic Burgundy develops notes of citrus, granite and flint. Made from vines over 60 years old, this great wine is complex. A precise gastronomic wine with bewitching salinity.

The Château Lamothe-Bouscaut blanc has a pale color with golden highlights. The nose develops gourmand notes of white flowers, exotic fruit and toasted hazelnut. Fresh and round on the palate, with fruity and slightly woody notes. Very well-balanced and tasty finish.

The silky, sapid material offers moderate intensity but displays very nice relief, a fine, alert texture. Above-average freshness enlivens the finish.
