The Champagne Francis Boulard & Fille Rosé is made using the rosé de saignée technique to achieve greater extraction of aromas, after a short maceration of 10 to 12 hours. The palate is sapid, the bubble very fine and elegant, fat texture, long finish on a hint of sweet spices.

Made from old vines planted in 1904, La Loge showcases the finesse and elegance of Pinot Blanc on Kimmeridgian soils.
