The Blanc de Noirs cuvée from Champagne Charpentier has a nose that's at once concentrated, rich and airy. Immediately marked by vanilla and toast greediness, it evolves distinctly towards red fruits. The creamy bubbles contribute to the soft, lingering texture. The ultimate gourmet sensation releases fresh, aromatic and refined notes.

Brise Cailloux is a magnificent Cornas from Domaine du Coulet. Matthieu Barret produces a digestible, complex wine here, with floral, spicy and blood orange notes. Superb!

The cuvée Origine du domaine Goulard has a nose that develops aromas of ripe yellow fruit, reinette apple and golden brioche. On the palate, the attack is supple and fruity, dominated by notes of pear, mirabelle plum and toasted hazelnut. A very fine aperitif Champagne.

Red fruit on the nose, with some citrus notes. The champagne has a straightforward profile on the palate, with a hint of saline minerality. It is made from 90% pinot noir.

Le point, Jacques Dupont: 16.5/20

The champagne Brut Tradition de Sousa is a blend of several years. Pinots noirs give it roundness, pinots meunier vinosity, chardonnays freshness.

Petraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.
