The Costancia cuvée from la Ferme Saint-Martin is a great Beaume de Venise from the estate's highest plots. This organic wine has a typical Syrah nose, with notes of pepper, violets and spices. The palate is dense and fleshy, with good amplitude. One year's ageing in oak barrels adds a touch of finesse
2024 is a great success for Château Tour des Gendres on this cuvée des conti. This organic wine develops on pear, exotic fruit; on the palate, we find the same notes as on the nose with superb density. In this great Rhône Valley vintage, this organic wine develops an intense, complex nose of black fruit, cherry and spice. The palate has great volume and length. The tannins are silky and delicate, with a lovely freshness. Long, ripe, pure and precise finish. Let it improve over 10 years, without hurrying! Old vines ranging from 75 to 140 years for some parcels.
