Chateau Romanin, located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, is an emblematic wine estate nestled on the northern slopes of the Alpilles. Spanning 250 hectares, it includes 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, cultivated with meticulous care. Founded in 1988, the estate is a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture, respecting natural cycles and the influence of the stars to produce authentic, expressive wines.

This organic wine from the Duchy of Uzès is made from carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah lovingly worked organically, harvested by hand, vinified in the most natural way possible. The result is a wine full of character, complex, powerful and long, but with an astonishing freshness. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to discover the Domaine d'Agarrus, masterfully managed by Serge Scherrer!

The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.
