This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.
