Chateau Romanin, located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, is an emblematic wine estate nestled on the northern slopes of the Alpilles. Spanning 250 hectares, it includes 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, cultivated with meticulous care. Deep, intense, and dense ruby color. Aromas of wild strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, eucalyptus, and garrigue. Fresh and firm on the palate, fully concentrated, with silky tannins, notes of licorice, and a long, balanced finish. Serve at 18 °C.
Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon; hand-harvested; sorted on a vibrating table; Demeter-certified biodynamic since 1988. Fermentation lasts 12 to 21 days, depending on the grape variety, in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels; aged for 18 months in large oak barrels.
