Campagnes de domaine Maxime Magnon is a great Corbières made from old estate carignan. Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits. The cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.

L'abeille de Fieuzal rouge is a superb Pessac-Leognan red, fruity and full of energy. This is Chateau Fieuzal's second wine, which requires more time to taste. A great success for Chateau Fieuzal in this balanced 2019 vintage.

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

Les Traverses du Domaine de Courbissac is a magnificent Minervois. In this lovely 2022 vintage, this organic wine opens with aromas of bright red fruits, sweet spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers roundness, silky tannins and a freshness that makes it highly drinkable. Ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes or fine charcuterie. Good overall balance for this excellent value for money.

Roc du Piere du domaine de Courbissac is a great Minervois for laying down. This organic wine is powerful and structured, developing aromas of black fruits, pepper, cocoa. Superb length. Its aromatic complexity and length make it an ideal wine for dishes in sauce, game or braised meats.
