The Domaine de Courbissac is one of the flagship estates of the Minervois region. Domaine de Courbissac boasts a unique terroir situated at an altitude of 200 meters on the last clay-limestone foothills before the Montagne Noire. The Domaine de Courbissac is farmed organically and boasts a fine heritage of old vines. The Courbissac estate is run by Reinhard Brundig and Brunnhilde Claux, who fell in love with this singular place one after the other. For over 15 years, they have been revealing the potential of the Courbissac terroir. The organic wines produced are singular, profound and represent excellent value for money.

Clos Maïa blanc is a superb blend of roussane, terret bourret and chenin. The nose develops notes of yellow fruit and aniseed. On the palate, the wine is tightly wound, with great complexity and a superb freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine!
