Domaine de Courbissac - Minervois - Farradjales 2022

Clos Maïa blanc is a superb blend of roussane, terret bourret and chenin. The nose develops notes of yellow fruit and aniseed. On the palate, the wine is tightly wound, with great complexity and a superb freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine!

A Menetou-Salon rouge du domaine Philippe Gilbert very well-balanced, all elegance. This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, Menetou-Salon Rouge is supple and elegant, with fine tannins and good length.

Les Traverses du Domaine de Courbissac is a magnificent Minervois. In this lovely 2022 vintage, this organic wine opens with aromas of bright red fruits, sweet spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers roundness, silky tannins and a freshness that makes it highly drinkable. Ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes or fine charcuterie. Good overall balance for this excellent value for money.

Roc du Piere du domaine de Courbissac is a great Minervois for laying down. This organic wine is powerful and structured, developing aromas of black fruits, pepper, cocoa. Superb length. Its aromatic complexity and length make it an ideal wine for dishes in sauce, game or braised meats.

Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. On the palate, fruit mingles with aromas of thyme and white pepper. Silky texture and delicate tannins. Superb length. A great gastronomic wine.

This Orange wine from domaine de Courbissac has plenty of personality. On the nose, it develops notes of infusion, dried apricots and a slight oxidative touch. The palate is vinous and complex, resting on fine, controlled bitters. The mouthfeel is halfway between white and red.
