This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. A very great Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru. This reserve cuvée from Champagne De Sousa is very expressive on the nose with notes of white fruits. The attack on the palate is greedy and fruity. The finish is taut and clean. A superb champagne for aperitifs and meals.

The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
