Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhesdominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!
A Menetou-Salon rouge du domaine Philippe Gilbertvery well-balanced, all elegance. This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, Menetou-Salon Rouge is supple and elegant, with fine tannins and good length.
Cuvée domaine du domaine des Pothiers is a superb, fruity Gamay. Radiant, this organic wine is supple, fresh and delicious. Very easy to match, it goes well with aperitifs, cold meats and white meats.Close
The "Clos de la Févrie" from the domaine de la Haute Févrie is a cuvée made from very old vines planted on the estate's best terroirs. The oldest vines were planted in 1922 on the Coteaux de la Sèvre. This is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie with a very powerful, generous body, extravert in flavor. The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
The Cuvée Pont Caffino du domaine de la Haute Févrie offers a fresh, fruity Muscadet with the light perlage of "sur lie" as well as a more pronounced richness than on a more classic Muscadet. It is particularly appreciated with refined seafood as well as more exotic dishes.
The cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.
