The "Clos de la Févrie" from the domaine de la Haute Févrie is a cuvée made from very old vines planted on the estate's best terroirs. The oldest vines were planted in 1922 on the Coteaux de la Sèvre. This is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie with a very powerful, generous body, extravert in flavor. The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.

L'équilibriste produced by Domaine d'Agarrus (Serge Scherrer) is a new cuvée produced by the estate. This organic wine from the Cévennes is a 100% Syrah with delicate floral aromas. A great success for this delicate natural wine.Close
Les Gourgoules du Château de Caraguilhesis a superb Corbière: powerful, spicy and refined, it's the ideal companion to grilled meats. On the palate, the attack of this organic wine is silky with notes of pepper, blackberry and black olive that underline the fleshy side of this wine. The tannins give the wine excellent hold, reinforcing its overall balance. On the palate, we find the freshness of our Caraguilhes terroir, of which this wine is a modern expression. An elegant, spirited wine. Good value for money.
What a lovely Viognier produced by the Mas d'Espanet with this cuvée Freesia. This wine is fresh, fruity, without any heaviness. A lovely bottle as an aperitif or with a meal. It will go well with a lovely goat cheese platter.
Eolienne blanc du Mas d'Espanet has a beautiful yellow color. This organic wine features aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach and spices. A highly aromatic wine that stays fresh on the palate thanks to a blend in which each grape variety brings its own typicity while blending harmoniously.
The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
The Chateau Thebaud comes from 24 months (minimum) of ageing on lees in the cellar, enabling this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for laying down. A great Loire wine.
The Cuvée Pont Caffino du domaine de la Haute Févrie offers a fresh, fruity Muscadet with the light perlage of "sur lie" as well as a more pronounced richness than on a more classic Muscadet. It is particularly appreciated with refined seafood as well as more exotic dishes.
The cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.
