The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
The "Clos de la Févrie" from the domaine de la Haute Févrie is a cuvée made from very old vines planted on the estate's best terroirs. The oldest vines were planted in 1922 on the Coteaux de la Sèvre. This is a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie with a very powerful, generous body, extravert in flavor. The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
The Cigogne is an organic white wine produced by the domaine d'Agarrus. This is a very small production from the estate, which explains the low volumes available. A white Grenache of the highest quality, combining peachy aromas with a lovely freshness.
La cuvée Désir du domaine de la Croix Gratiotdevelops on an expressive nose of peaches, white flowers and white pepper. The palate has a gourmet profile, with a clean, fine attack and a lovely freshness that enhances the aromas perceived on the nose.

The Chateau Thebaud comes from 24 months (minimum) of ageing on lees in the cellar, enabling this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for laying down. A great Loire wine.
