léger gras et beaucoup de fraicheur.
Monfarina is a magnificent Jacquères combined with a little primitif, full of pep, produced by domaine Giachino . Pale yellow in color, this organic Savoy wine seduces with the intensity of its aromas (floral and menthol scents, chlorophyll) and its tension. A wine to be recommended with cheese, of course, but also with seafood. Try it with gambas a la plancha, you'll be surprised!
CloseThe Pinot Blanc du domaine Ginglinger is a complex blend of different parcels of pinot blanc and pinot auxerrois from various Eguisheim lieux-dits: Langrod, Bachtal, Klein Krumling, Lang Striebicher and Bodenacker. The golden auxerrois grapes give the wine a frank, pronounced fruitiness and fullness on the palate, while the pinot blanc adds freshness, liveliness and a hint of citrus. The bouquet of this pinot blanc is pure and spring-like, blending pear, lemon, fresh hazelnut, vanilla and white flowers. The balance on the palate is dry, articulated around suave, crisp flesh and invigorating freshness. A great charmer that goes well with a wide range of dishes.
CloseNuit Grave du Mas des Chimères is a blended wine, with a majority of Syrah, Grenache and a little Mourvèdre. This wine has great complexity with smooth tannins, a fresh, gourmet wine. It's a wine for laying down (8 to 10 years without fear) while still being accessible in its youth, to be accompanied throughout its evolution over time.

CloseThe cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistes is from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length. Good value for money.

CloseThe Cuvée Pont Caffino du domaine de la Haute Févrie offers a fresh, fruity Muscadet with the light perlage of "sur lie" as well as a more pronounced richness than on a more classic Muscadet. It is particularly appreciated with refined seafood as well as more exotic dishes.

CloseThe cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
CloseThe cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.
