The Terres rouges cuvée is a new plot-based cuvée from the domaine Antoine Sanzay. This highly ambitious cuvée has a deep, intense black color. The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. De Sousa's Cuvée 3A is made from equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, and the cuvée requires prolonged cellar aging of at least 3 years to reach full maturity.
