This Pinot Noir from Domaine des Ronces impressed us with its precision and finesse. On the nose, this organic Jura wine develops notes of red berries. On the palate, its silky texture and balance make it a wine of great delicacy. The domaine des Ronces is located 2 minutes south of Lons-le-Saunier, capital of the Jura region, in the village of Orbagna. The estate was taken over in 1986 by Michel MAZIER, son of Georges. Over the years, the estate has grown to cover 6 hectares. In 21, the estate converted to organic farming, and was certified organic in 213. In 214, the estate turned to biodynamic farming. In 216, the estate was awarded Déméter certification, and passed on to his son Kevin MAZIER. The range offered is extremely varied: from floral white to typical white, from red Pinot, Poulsard, Trousseau to Rosé.
