A great success to drink over 10 years!The Domaine des Schistes is located at the crossroads of the terroirs of the Agly valley, in the communes of Estagel, Tautavel and Maury. The first vinification at Domaine des Schistes dates back to 1989, and now the vineyard covers 55 Ha.As its name suggests, the estate is planted mainly on schistose marls. The land lies on the last terraces raised by the emergence of the Corbières limestone massif, and is mainly on slopes. The Domaine des Schistes has chosen to respect and express its terroir by turning to organic farming. The wines are good value for money, both reds and whites. The domaine du Domaine des Entrefaux cuvée possesses magnificent balance. Fruity, supple, with floral and spicy notes, this Crozes-Hermitage is a fine introduction to the domaine's wines, especially as the 2022 vintage is superb!

La Cerisaie is a magnificent Maury from the domaine des Schistes, made from grapes aged at least 40 years and located on the southernmost slopes, favoring a beautiful ripeness of the grenache. Aged in barrels for 5 months, it reveals notes of cocoa and prunes. The ideal match for chocolate cakes!

Solera du domaine des Schistes is a Rivesaltes of great complexity: made using a solera method, where older wines are blended with younger ones, this organic wine reveals itself to be complex, with notes of candied apricots, orange, honey and dried fruit. Superb length!
