Domaine François Villard belongs to the elite of Rhône Valley wines. A former chef, François Villard, who has decided to manage his vineyard using certified organic farming methods since 2019, produces wines from the northern Rhône Valley that are more focused on finesse. Here, the emphasis is not on opulence, but on good ripeness without heaviness, creating wines with length and uprightness, while respecting the fruit. The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.

This cuvée was born when Camille Lapierre (Marcel's daughter) returned to the domaine, but it's also a nod to her grandfather Camille (Marcel's father). A Morgon of great elegance and character.
