Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!

This plot of Saint-Romain, facing southwest, is situated between 293 and 380 meters on very steep ground. This Saint-Romain is a fresh, fruity and fragrant organic white wine. Its softly expressed minerality gives it a pleasant roundness enhanced by notes of citrus and white flowers.
