The moelleux Tout Doux du domaine Julien Auroux has just 30g of residual sugar. Fruity, greedy and balanced, the sugar is in harmony in this bottle equally at home as an aperitif or with foie gras. On the palate, aromas of mango rub shoulders with passion fruit. Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist manner.
