The domaine Raymond Usseglio was originally created by grandfather Francis USSEGLIO who came from Italy in 1931 and settled in Chateauneuf du pape. In 1963, Raymond took over from him and my mother Danielle. Since 1999, Raymond's son has been cultivating the estate's 24 hectares. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic. The wines are well-balanced and delicious. The Raymond Usseglio estate has progressed in the precision of its ageing and the wines possess a beautiful purity.

The cuvée Impériale du domaine Raymond Usseglio is the estate's grand cuvée de garde. In this great 2019 vintage, this Chateauneuf-du-Pape reveals itself to be powerful, deep and complex, on black fruits, cocoa, prunes. Exceptional length!
