Domaine Laballe - IGP Landes - lalandes 2022

Terre d "émotion Brut Vérité des Champagne Charpentier boasts a brilliant yellow-gold color, illuminated by green-gold highlights. Initially brioche-scented with hawthorn and violets, the nose is very fine and gourmand. The terroir enhances the blend, and the tangerine, white pepper and limestone minerality are very persistent and harmonious.

The Pinot Blanc du domaine Ginglinger is a complex blend of different parcels of pinot blanc and pinot auxerrois from various Eguisheim lieux-dits: Langrod, Bachtal, Klein Krumling, Lang Striebicher and Bodenacker. The golden auxerrois grapes give the wine a frank, pronounced fruitiness and fullness on the palate, while the pinot blanc adds freshness, liveliness and a hint of citrus. The bouquet of this pinot blanc is pure and spring-like, blending pear, lemon, fresh hazelnut, vanilla and white flowers. The balance on the palate is dry, articulated around suave, crisp flesh and invigorating freshness. A great charmer that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

The Virolis cuvée from the domaine de Verpaille is a Viré-Clessé with a little residual sugar! Made from old vines over 70 years old, this cuvée develops notes of exotic fruit and fruit paste on the nose. On the palate, this organic wine develops woody, yellow fruit notes, leaving a lovely freshness! Superb!Close

Elian Vineyard 2021 from domaine Elian Da Rosis a beautiful bottle from the southwest. The nose of this organic red wine is charming with notes of red and black fruit and licorice. The palate is fresh and elegant, with fruity and spicy notes. Decant for 1 hour if you wish to enjoy it now, or cellar for 5 to 7 years.

Anthophila rouge du domaine Emilien Jean Jean has very expressive fruit, with notes of red fruit and light oak. Good length for this South-Western wine at ease with duck breast.

Magnus is a superb wine produced by Dominique Andiran. This organic wine is fruity, gourmand and well-balanced. A fruit bomb at a very affordable price. Don't miss it! Decanting is recommended on Dominique Andiran wines.
