The domaine des fées is run by Carole and Fabrice Martinez, members of the Estézargues winery. The first vintage of Domaine des Fées is 2009. This organic wine, made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, proves to be powerful, developing notes of black fruit and garrigue. Les vignerons d'Estezargues is a group of winegrowers of the highest quality. The wines produced by the group's winegrowers are natural, and some are certified organic. Located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône Villages, 1 km south of Lirac, the Estézargues terroir is typical of the appellation's great soils: rolled pebbles on south-facing clay. It generates low yields and produces wines of character. Pioneers of integrated viticulture, the winegrowers of Estezargues are committed to respecting their terroir (tillage of the soil, reasoned treatment, rigorous elaboration in the cellar...).
