With vines averaging 50 years of age, Premier Cru Les Pruliers is a powerful, full-bodied wine with a fine aptitude for ageing.
A great white Burgundy this Meusault from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. The nose evokes ripe white fruit with nectarine and candied citrus as well as notes of white flowers. On the palate, a subtle duo of sweet wood spices and minerality. Natural richness with a certain unctuousness and great mineral persistence.
This Corton-Charlemagne du domaine Pavelot is a thing of beauty. The nose expresses aromas of white fruits, hazelnuts. The palate is rich and well-balanced, sapin and gourmand, with great length. A bottle of great gastronomy!
The Clos des Topes de Bizot from the domaine Chantal Lescure is a Côte de Beaune from vines over 80 years old. This organic wine is superb, fruity and full-bodied; resting on silky tannins, it will enhance the finest white meats. 2023 is a fresh, well-balanced vintage that pinotes right from its youth! A great success!
