De Sousa's Cuvée 3A is made from equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, and the cuvée requires prolonged cellar aging of at least 3 years to reach full maturity. This Bugey Cerdon cuvée Ancestrale develops intense strawberry and raspberry notes. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with red fruit tarts, for example. Its low alcohol content (7.5%) also makes it an ideal companion for snacks.

The Saint-Amour from Domaine Georges Descombes is the finest in the range. It develops on slightly spicy, berry and stone fruit notes with a marked minerality. Superb balance in this bottle!

The 2018 vintage is a great vintage at château Gombaude-Guillot. In this sunny vintage, Château Gombaude-Guillot has a dazzling nose of black fruits and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied, both powerful and balanced, all resting on silky tannins. A superb bottle.
