Cheval en Tête du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a superb white from the Southwest. This organic wine develops fruity(grapefruit) and slightly honeyed notes. The palate is full and fresh, with notes of citrus and white flowers. The finish is long and balanced on beautiful bitters.

La cuvée Désir du domaine de la Croix Gratiot develops on an expressive nose of peaches, white flowers and white pepper. The palate has a gourmet profile, with a clean, fine attack and a lovely freshness that enhances the aromas perceived on the nose.

This blanc sec du domaine de la Petite Tuile is a lovely organic Gaillac, developing between roundness and sapidity, on aromas of pear and white flowers. For aperitifs and fish.

Gaudry'olle du domaine Vincent Gaudry is a gourmet, accessible sauvignon, all freshness. It develops notes of citrus and flint. A lovely bottle for aperitifs, fish and cheese!

This IGP des Alpilles du Château Romanin is an organic wine ideal for summer meals. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of black fruits and flowers (violets) as well as licorice. The palate is round and elegant with greedy, smoky flavors.

The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.
