Domaine Aline Beauné - Montagny 1er cru - Chazelles 2023

The Cazalet 2022 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

The cuvée l'optimiste du Chemin des rêves offers generous roundness and balance. This organic Pic-Saint-Loup develops ripe fruit, spice and garrigue aromas to accompany duck confit with figs, roast rack of lamb or grilled prime rib
