The Cadet de la Begude rosé has an elegant nose with floral and red fruit notes. Less vinous and softer than the Bandol from the same estate, it's an organic wine that's accessible as an aperitif and versatile enough to accompany an entire meal. Round, fruity and thirst-quenching on the palate, with notes of white peach, apricot and citrus fruit, and a fresh finish. Great value for money.

Round, fruity and thirst-quenching on the palate, with notes of white peach, apricot and citrus fruit, and a fresh finish. The domaine de la Bégude is a 500-hectare estate, including 30 hectares of vines. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, at the geographical pinnacle of the Bandol appellation, the vineyard is subject to wide variations in temperature between day and night, enabling the estate's organic wines to retain a remarkable freshness, which is often lacking in this AOC. Owner Guillaume Tari refrains from any harsh intervention in the vines and wines, including weedkillers, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Great Bandol de garde in all colors. The wines show a clearly Bordeaux trait, sophisticated and well-bred, without betraying this spendid, wild terroir perched on the Grande Bleue

CloseHere's a very pretty organic Lalande-de-Pomerol in a very successful 2020 vintage. The château des Annereaux produces a wine with a fruity, harmonious attack. The elegant tannins are well-integrated and silky. The aromatic palette is marked by fruitiness and a restrained, mellow woodiness. Good length. An elegance and balance rare in modern Bordeaux. We love this lacy wine.

The palate is greedy, with a superb saline and salivating finish that brings a great deal of freshness to the wine. A sure bet for AOC Bandol. Tasty now, it will evolve admirably for at least 5 years.
