The Cadet de la Begude rosé has an elegant nose with floral and red fruit notes. Less vinous and softer than the Bandol from the same estate, it's an organic wine that's accessible as an aperitif and versatile enough to accompany an entire meal. Round, fruity and thirst-quenching on the palate, with notes of white peach, apricot and citrus fruit, and a fresh finish. The domaine de la Bégude is a 500-hectare estate, including 30 hectares of vines. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, at the geographical pinnacle of the Bandol appellation, the vineyard is subject to wide variations in temperature between day and night, enabling the estate's organic wines to retain a remarkable freshness, which is often lacking in this AOC.
