The Cuvée Sans Bois Ni Loi 2023 blanc from domaine Julien Auroux is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, vinified and aged in vats. This bergerac blanc is round, gourmand, with notes of citrus and white fruit. Magnificent balance. Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist way.
