On the palate, aromas of mango rub shoulders with passion fruit. Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist manner.
