Le Clos du domaine Pérol has a purple color with violet highlights . The nose subtly combines blueberry, licorice and iris. The crisp, fruity palate is generous. Plenty of freshness and a long finish. Excellent value for money. The Domaine Pérol was founded under the Empire, the estate entered the Pérol family a century later, in 1912. It is located in the hamlet of La Colletière opposite the medieval village of Châtillon dAzergues. The grapes are harvested by hand, this allowing selective picking. The vines at Domaine Perol have been grown organically since 2005, with the utmost respect for terroir and tradition. The estate's wines wowed us with their bright fruit and precision. A very fine piece of work.
