The Cazalet 2021 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish.

Pur Fruit du Causse is a Cahors 100% malbec from Château Combel La Serre that has a wide-open nose with notes of black fruits. The palate is supple, greedy and fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish brings superb balance to the whole. Excellent value for money.

A superb, accessible white Burgundy produced by the Clos des Rocs. A surprisingly fruity Mâcon, with a cocktail of citrus fruits followed by notes of yellow peaches. Juicy on the palate, with roundness and plenty of freshness: an ideal wine for the aperitif.

The Chablis 1er cru La Fourchaume du domaine Pommier is a very great Chablis 1er cru. On the nose, this organic Burgundy wine has an elegant aromatic bouquet, developing on notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral touch, typical of Chablis. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.

The 2022 Chablis Les reinettes from domaine Pommier is a superb parcel from the estate. A model Chablis for the appellation, saline and chiseled: a pure, slender organic wine, superb with seafood and fish!
