The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

This domaine de Fontenille rosé has a pretty, clear color. The nose develops aromas of rose, citrus and red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and mineral. Very good length. A great success!

This Vouvray Tendre du domaine Vincent Careme has much less sugar than a classic moelleux. Its balance makes it ideal for foie gras, but also exotic dishes such as tagine or coconut chicken. The color is golden yellow; the nose develops exotic fruits and quince paste; on the palate, the wine has good length and great balance.RVF : 16/20
