Domaine Stoeffler - Alsace Sylvaner - 2023

Luna rouge du mas Brès possesses a demonstrative nose of red fruit notes with a touch of garrigue. On the palate, this organic Cevennes wine is very supple, greedy, with a lovely juicy feel. A great success!

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

The domaine Les Grès Saint Vincent produces a magnificent Côtes du Rhône Villages, predominantly Grenache. The attack is fresh with notes of red berries (redcurrant, cherry) and sweet spices (cinnamon and licorice). The tannins are always suave, and their silkiness ensures a delicate weave.

This Pinot gris d'Alsace produced by Domaine Stoeffler is a great success. It features smoky, fruity aromas typical of the grape variety and excellent length. The ideal companion to foie gras!
