Le Rocher des Violettes is a magnificent 17-hectare wine estate located in the Montlouis PDO. Xavier Weisskopf created Le Rocher des Violettes in 2005 when he took over 7ha of old Chenin vines in Montlouis sur Loire AOC and century-old Côt vines in Touraine AOC. He was joined in 2010 by his wife, Clémence, to help with the administrative and commercial side of the business. Domaine Le Rocher des Violettes has been organically farmed since 2008.
