Made from 2 ancestral grape varieties, Castet and Mancin des Palus, this cuvée develops notes of wild berries, licorice and white flowers. Full-bodied and crisp on the palate. Like in 1900 from the Château Cazebonne is an original wine made from old Bordeaux grape varieties. The wine develops original notes of potpourri, cinnamon and peach. A blend of old grape varieties: mancin, castets, bouchalès, saint-macaire and jurançon noir, this 2022 maintains a direct relationship with the fruit, but it's hard to imagine such a wine expression in Bordeaux. A balance between concentration and salient uprightness, a touch punchy.'
