Magnificent Saint-Véran from the domaine Cornin : a maconnais from a very small plot selection. This balanced Chardonnay, with its delicate, fine woodiness, plays on elegance to develop white fruit aromas. Fresh, slightly saline finish. Superb!

Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle

Buisson du domaine Bonnigal-Bonnet is a superb chenin: this organic wine has a beautiful, complex aroma, with notes of citrus, quince, beeswax, with a very delicate smoky nose. A superb gourmet wine.

A wonderful introduction to Jura chardonnays with this cuvée Patchwork. A very fine, bright nose hints at floral notes. The palate, fruity and mineral, is racy and endowed with good length. A lovely gourmet wine.

The domaine Elian Da Ros produces a great, dry, highly aromatic white from the Southwest. This organic wine develops on airy notes of white flowers and white fruits. The 2021 vintage is superb, the wine boasting superb length. Not to be missed.

Les Mûres du Clos des Rocs is a great Pouilly-Loché, a superb parcel of very high quality: this organic wine is made from chardonnay. It is racy and elegant, with good concentration. It develops aromas typical of great Burgundies, with notes of yellow fruit and hints of butter and toast. Great aging potential!

La Calade du Mas de Libian is a powerful, wild organic wine, made predominantly from mourvèdre. A wine to enjoy with winter dishes, game and mushrooms.

La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.

Magnificent cuvée 4 mains du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine. This organic Touraine wine is made from old Sauvignon vines. On the nose, this organic Loire wine develops notes of peony, lime blossom and orange blossom. On the palate, a delicate touch, chiseled finesse and a fantastic flavor palette of white flowers, exotic fruit and delightful minerality.

This pinot gris vendanges tardives du domaine Stoeffler is made from late-harvested grapes. They are overripe and concentrated by botrytis (noble rot). They are produced in very small quantities on our best terroirs. The nose is reminiscent of raisins and quince jam, with hints of apricot. The ample, generous palate features jammy flavors of yellow fruit, figs with smoky notes and a perfectly balanced finish.

Magnificent Sancerre rouge du domaine Francois Crochet. This organic Loire wine develops on cherry and strawberry notes, with a lovely aromatic frankness. Sancerre at its finest!

Montagne du domaine Champy is a white Haute-Cotes-de-Beaune made from lovely parcels in Altitude. A fresh, elegant Chardonnay, a model of its kind, worked biodynamically.

This blanc de Sancerre from Domaine François Crochet is rich, ripe and chiseled. François Crochet's style shines through in this superb vintage, taut but endowed with lovely volume.

The Grenache du domaine Richeaume is made from the finest grapes of this harmonious variety. Silky texture, perfect balance of fruit and flesh, caressing elegance, allow the pleasure of drinking it young as well as aged.

Like in 1900 from the Château Cazebonne is an original wine made from old Bordeaux grape varieties. The wine develops original notes of potpourri, cinnamon and peach. A blend of old grape varieties: mancin, castets, bouchalès, saint-macaire and jurançon noir, this 2022 maintains a direct relationship with the fruit, but it's hard to imagine such a wine expression in Bordeaux. A balance between concentration and salient uprightness, a touch punchy.'
