The cuvée Tuffe du Château du Hureau is a Saumur-Champigny full of fruit and gourmandise. This organic Loire wine is a model of balance and pleasure. Round and fruity, with a refreshing finish. A gourmet wine, very easy to drink, with a lovely finish.

Vers Chânes from Domaine Giroux is a magnificent Macon-Fuissé from a micro-parcel. This superb white Burgundy develops on notes of baked apples, toasted hazelnuts, acacia flowers. Nice saline finish.

Pomarèdes du domaine de Clovallon is a pinot noir with a beautiful personality. This biodynamic wine from the orb valley is barrel-aged: it develops notes of red fruits, spices; the finish is fresh and elegant.

The Bourgogne rouge Côtes d'Auxerre du domaine Goisot is a fresh, slender organic red wine with notes of red berries. A wine equally at home with a platter of charcuterie, poultry or fish.

The Cuvée Longchamp from domaine de Verpaille is a Viré-Clessé with power and roundness. This organic wine has a nose with notes of chevrefeuille and aniseed. On the palate, the velvety texture is well balanced by a mineral note. A light vanilla frame completes the aromatic palette of this wine.

Confidences de Robert Perroud is a lovely Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir. This organic wine aged 12 months in casks has lovely character and plenty of balance. A lovely treat in the bottle.

The 1er cru Côte de Lechet du domaine Pommier is a straightforward, typical Chablis with a very assertive minerality. This great organic Burgundy develops notes of citrus, granite and flint. Made from vines over 60 years old, this great wine is complex. A precise gastronomic wine with bewitching salinity.
