The cuvée Huit Clos du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a great Loire chenin from the Touraine-Amboise PDO. This cuvée develops fresh, fruity aromas of pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a beautiful minerality. Finishes on notes of citrus and honey and slightly saline. Magnificent.
