La dame de Onze Heure is a rare and tasty Saint-Emilion Grand Cru! This organic wine develops notes of red fruit and mocha; the palate is supple and elegant. The key word is freshness and length for this fine cuvée, which is accessible in its youth after a good decanting. An atypical and fine Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, this lady of Onze Heure. A charming, fresh 2021 vintage. A great, easily digestible wine!
Chateau Fonroque 2020 is a great success in this vintage. This organic Saint-Emilion wine is very elegant, with a silkiness and freshness that have become rare in Saint-Emilion. Keep for 5-7 years or drink with 2 hours decanting.Parker : 91/100 Find out more here about Château Fonroque
A very great Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru. This reserve cuvée from Champagne De Sousa is very expressive on the nose with notes of white fruits. The attack on the palate is greedy and fruity. The finish is taut and clean. A superb champagne for aperitifs and meals.

F Pouillon's cuvée les Blanchiens is Brut Nature, a champagne with no added sugar that brings out the finesse and purity of its aromatic notes. The palate is creamy with an impressive, taut length, marked by the salinity and bitterness of lightly candied citrus zest.
The 2016 vintage is a great vintage at Château Gombaude-Guillot: it's the first vintage in which the wine is aged in amphora. Bursting with fruit and roundness, it's ready to drink now, but of course it's made for laying down. One of the estate's finest vintages.
L'abeille de Fieuzal rouge is a superb Pessac-Leognan red, fruity and full of energy. This is Chateau Fieuzal's second wine, which requires more time to taste. A great success for Chateau Fieuzal in this balanced 2019 vintage.
Cuvée Franc Jeu is a 100% Cabernet Franc. The idea was to offer a fresh, gourmet wine, taking advantage of the 1 hectare of the estate planted with this grape variety. A lovely Castillon that deserves a little decanting before tasting!Close
