Château de Caraguilhes - Corbières - Cara 2024

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

This Champagne Pouillon Grande Valle (ex cuvée Brut Réserve) reveals itself to be vinous, elegant with a very fine bubble, developing on notes of almonds, honeyed touches but also quince. A superb bottle for the aperitif. 17/20 gault et millau92/100 Wine Spectator

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

Cochon Volant blanc has a very expressive nose with notes of apricot and acacia supported by a mineral touch. On the palate, round and full-bodied with a freshness that's always present. The Viognier grape contributes all its aromatic fullness without heaviness.

Solus blanc du Chateau de Caraguilhes is a superb white Corbières: the balanced organic wine develops on notes of fresh lemon and grapefruit, then white flowers and redcurrants. Long finish on fresh damandes notes.
