Noria 2019 from Château la Croix des Pins has superb aromatic qualities, dominated by spices and dried fruit. A delicate touch of juniper and black pepper suggests that this wine has a bright future ahead of it. The palate features notes of cocoa, dark chocolate and candied cherry. The château la Croix des pins is located in Mazan, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the heart of the Vaucluse department, in an area classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. The history of the estate dates back to the 16th century, when a prelate of the pontifical government, whose headquarters were in Carpentras, had the Tuscan-style bastide built in keeping with its origins. The religious character of the building is still evident in the interior chapel dating from this period, as well as in the imposing pergola comprising 4 Crillon stone pillars, leading to a spring running beneath a century-old oak tree, conducive to prayer and meditation.Le Château la Croix des Pins was one of the very first estates to obtain the "BIO" label in 1998.

Je connaissais déjà cet excellent vin l'ayant découvert au Domaine de la Croix des Pins. Je n'ai pu retrouver du 2019 uniquement chez Ardoneo donc merci.
