The nose of Vignes Oubliées develops delicate notes of garrigue and pepper. The palate is fruity, with notes of cherry, sweet (very fine tannins) and spicy (pepper, garrigue). The finish is fresh, thanks to well-preserved acidity. A beautiful bottle of balance and refinement. To be discovered without delay!

The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.

Supreme de Thou du Clos Thou is a 100% petit manseng cuvée, concentrated and complex: this cuvée features notes of candied fruit, honey, apricot, pineapple. One of the best Jurançons in the appellation!
