La Cerisaie du Clos Thou is a late-harvest cuvée, gourmand and well-balanced. It features notes of exotic fruit, apricot and honey. A real sweetness for your desserts.Clos Thou produces charming, gourmet Jurançons, alongside its neighbors Chapelle de Rousse, Clos Lapeyre and Camin Larredya. The Clos Thou is a very old Jurançon vineyard: in 1538, a certain Raymonde de Thou owned the premises and a few acres of vines. Today, the Clos Thou extends over 6.8 hectares, headed by Henri and Raoul Lapouble Laplace, winemakers for four generations. The Clos Thou estate, which has been working organically since 23, has been in conversion since 27; it shines thanks to stylish organic wines that show their worth over the years.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2019 "This estate (Clos Thou) is located on one of the appellation's most expressive terroirs, on the Chapelle de Rousse side. Certified organic since 21, it strives, in addition to the traditional petits and gros manseng, to bring old grape varieties to life: lauzet, camaralet and petit courbu. It's often a shame to drink them young, as you miss out on all the aromatic complexity they gain with age".
