At altitude, in the hills and valleys of the Hautes-Côtes, Domaine Boris Champy practices viticulture that's a little out of step with that of the great wine-growing coast. The plots are islands of biodiversity, with multiple enclosures, trees, hedges, walls, meurgers and fruit trees. Boris knows that a holistic approach is needed, that of a global ecosystem in agroecology, intimately respectful of the environment.

An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!

This Chambolle-Musigny from Domaine Bouvier is elegant and gourmet in this 2018 vintage. With its intense ruby color, this wine expresses black fruit aromas with light spicy notes. A sustained attack reveals a lovely freshness with round, ripe tannins.
